BASIC OPERATING REQUIREMENTS: AIRCRAFT ARE AUTHORIZED TO OPERATE IN

MAINTAIN RADIO CONTACT WITH ATC, MUST IMMEDIATELY SQUAWK 7600 AND
EXIT THE DC SFRA/FRZ BY THE MOST DIRECT LATERAL ROUTE EXCEPT WHEN
